Flat fees, published. Most NH Legal work is quoted as one number for defined work instead of an hourly rate, so you know the cost before the work starts. USPTO filing fees are paid to the government, not to us, and vary by filing type and class count.
Ongoing counsel: $799/month — founding member rate, locked for life — or $7,999 for twelve months paid up front.

No. We do a fit check before anyone is engaged, and defined work is quoted as a flat fee so you know the cost before it starts.
What is not included in a flat fee?
USPTO filing fees, which are paid to the government, plus litigation and court work. Anything outside the quoted scope is quoted separately, still as a flat fee.
How much does ongoing counsel cost?
