Jessica Brown focuses her practice on trademark prosecution and intellectual property counseling, helping clients protect, manage, and enforce their brands in alignment with business objectives.

Jessica has experience across key aspects of trademark prosecution and brand counseling, including clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement matters before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. She has worked with clients in a range of industries, including consumer products, food and beverage, wellness, digital media, and service-based businesses.

In addition to her prosecution and counseling practice, Jessica has experience handling intellectual property disputes, including domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and other providers, as well as federal litigation involving trademark and copyright infringement.

Jessica also advises clients on contract drafting, review, and negotiation, including service agreements, licensing arrangements, and other commercial agreements. She has experience working with clients in regulated and specialized industries, including brewery and distillery compliance, medical spa businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
More broadly, Jessica has experience in general civil matters and has worked on employment and business immigration–related issues.
